§ 90.12  CEMETERY HOURS.
   (A)   Bendle Cemetery will be open to the general public from sunrise to sunset each day.
   (B)   No person shall be permitted in Bendle Cemetery at any time other than the foregoing hours, except upon permission of the Township Board or the Cemetery Sexton.
