§ 90.10  RECORDS.
   The Township Clerk shall maintain all records related to Bendle Cemetery, such as all burials, issuance of burial rights, permits and transfers.  These records shall be separate and apart from any other records of the township and the same shall be open to public inspection during at all reasonable business hours.
