§ 97.99  PENALTY.
   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction with a civil fine of$1,000 for each violation of the chapter. Pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 28.457(3), $500 of the fine collected under this chapter shall be remitted to the township Police Department for enforcement of this chapter.
