At the time of original construction of the public sewer, the POTW shall install that portion of the building sewer from the public sewer to the lot or easement line off all occupied premises. The POTW shall maintain, at its expense, the public sewer. Those customers making connections at the time of original construction of the public sewer shall install, at their expense, that portion of the building sewer from the lot or easement line to their premises. The customer shall maintain, at his or her expense, the building sewer.
