(A) Location of utility line easements shall be provided along the front, rear or side lot lines as necessary for utility lines. Easements shall give access to every lot, park or public grounds. Such easements shall be a total of not less than 12 feet wide, 6 feet from each parcel. Public utility easements inside lots adjacent to street right-of-way shall be 10 feet wide.
(B) Recommendations on the proposed layout of telephone, electric and cable television company easements should be sought from all of the utility companies serving the area. It shall be the responsibility of the proprietor to submit copies of the preliminary plat to all appropriate public utility agencies.
(C) Drainage easements when required by the County Drain Commission or the township shall be shown.
(D) All easements for public water mains shall be a minimum of 20 feet in width; provided all easements for sanitary sewer shall be at least a minimum of twice the depth of the sewer main.
