(A) Any person or other entity that violates any of the provisions of this Ordinance is responsible for a municipal civil infraction as defined by Michigan law and subject to a civil fine as set forth in the fine schedule adopted by resolution of the Charter Township of Clayton Board of Trustees. The fine schedule may be amended by a Township Board resolution.
(B) In addition, a civil infraction violator shall pay costs of the proceedings, which may include, but is not limited to attorney fees and all expenses, direct and indirect, which the Charter Township of Clayton has incurred in connection with the municipal civil infraction. Each day a violation of this subchapter continues to exist constitutes a separate violation.
