The Charter Township of Clayton Building Department shall maintain the records of all actions taken in the review of plans, issuance of permits, inspection of construction, issuance of violations and issuance of certificates of occupancy. All records shall be maintained at Township Hall and shall be available for review by the public in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, being M.C.L.A. §§ 15.231 through 15.246.
