§ 30.21  PUBLIC CONTACT.
   (A)   The Police Chief, or his or her designee, may release facts regarding police-related incidents to the news media.  All other personnel shall refer all media inquires to the Chief or the designee.
   (B)   All Department personnel will always treat members of the public courteously and professionally.
