(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or person to hinder, obstruct or interfere with the flow of traffic on any public roadway within the Charter Township of Clayton, in any manner or fashion, so as to cause delay, congestion and/or inconvenience to others who are entitled to the free flow and use of the roadways.
(B) This section shall take effect 30 days after its final adoption and second publication.
