§ 132.06  INTIMIDATION, HINDRANCE OR OBSTRUCTION OF POLICE OFFICER.
   (A)   A person shall not attempt to intimidate, hinder or obstruct a public officer or public employee or a police officer in the discharge of his or her official duties by a use of unauthorized process.
   (B)   This section shall take effect on December 23, 2003 (30 days after date of publication).
