§ 132.03  DOMESTIC VIOLENCE; DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND BATTERY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit an assault and battery upon a spouse, former spouse, or a person residing or having resided in the same household as the perpetrator, or a person who has had a child in common with the perpetrator.  This section shall be enforced in accordance with M.C.L.A. § 764.15a.
   (B)   This section shall take effect 30 days after date of publication.
