§ 93.20  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNK MOTOR VEHICLE.  Any motor vehicle which is in such condition of disrepair that it shall not be legally operable upon public roads of this state or which is unlicensed for a period of 6 months or longer after the last days of licensing of motor vehicles in the state.
