§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Penalty for violation of §§ 92.20 through 92.26 shall be, upon the conviction thereof, a fine of $100 or imprisonment in the County Jail not to exceed 90 days, or both the fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the Court.
