No golf cart shall be operated on a town street between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise unless the golf cart is equipped with two headlamps, two tall lamps, front and rear turn lamps, and rear brake lamps, all of which must be visible from a distance of at least 500 feet.
