4-2-6: PENALTY:
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 1998-2, 2-10-1998; amd. 2000 Code)
