4-2-5: NOTIFICATION:
Such restrictions shall become effective upon publication in a local daily newspaper or on a specified date, whichever is later. When possible, all public watercraft access shall be posted prior to and during the time restrictions are in place. In addition, notice of said restrictions shall also be posted at the Clay County Courthouse. (Ord. 1998-2, 2-10-1998)
