A slow-no wake speed shalt be in effect twenty four (24) hours per day when the river level on the Red River of the North exceeds eight hundred ninety five and eight-tenths feet (895.8') or seventeen feet (17') above flood stage as measured at the gauge located at 1308 South River Road (intersection of 13th Avenue and 4th Street South) Fargo, ND (NW 1/4 NE 1/4 § 18T 139N R48W). When high water levels have subsided and have remained below an elevation of thirty four feet (34') above mean sea level for three (3) consecutive days, said restrictions shall be promptly removed.
