3-2-1: TITLE; SCOPE; AUTHORITY:
   A.   Title: This Chapter from the date of its passage shall be known as the LODGING ESTABLISHMENT ORDINANCE, CLAY COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
   B.   Scope: This Chapter shall be applicable to all lodging establishments such as hotels, motels, lodging houses and resorts as defined in Minnesota Rules chapter 4625 (see parts 4625.0100 through 4625.2300), and County ordinances.
   C.   Legal Authority: This Chapter is enacted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Annotated section 157.20. (Ord., 12-20-1984, eff. 1-1-1985; amd. 2000 Code)
