3-1-1:  FOOD CODE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE:
The Minnesota Food Code, promulgated by the Minnesota Department of Health, and set forth in the Minnesota Administrative Rules at sections 4626.0010 to 4626.1870, as may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference, and shall have the same force and effect as though set forth herein in its entirety. (2000 Code)
