Any person who shall violate any of the provisions hereof, or who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions hereof, or who shall make any false statement in any document required to be submitted under the provisions hereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Such persons may be enjoined from continuing such violations. (Ord., 12-11-1984; amd. 2000 Code)
