The requirements contained in this Chapter are intended to be comparable to the Minnesota Department of Health standards and are intended to meet the minimum requirements set forth by the Minnesota Department of Health. Whenever the Minnesota Department of Health amends regulations or adopts new regulations setting higher sanitary standards than the ones established in this Chapter, the standards set by the Minnesota Department of Health shall govern and will be considered in the enforcement procedure as part of this Chapter.
