2-2-25: SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION:
Any license granted under this Chapter may be revoked or suspended for cause, without public hearing. The violation of any provision or condition of this Chapter or any other ordinance or State law or Federal law relating to the sale of nonintoxicating malt liquors or intoxicating liquors by a licensee or his agent shall be grounds for revocation or suspension of the license. (Ord., 5-6-1986)
