2-2-14: HOURS AND DAYS OF SALE:
No sale of intoxicating liquor shall be made on any holiday as prohibited by Minnesota State law 1 . No on-sale licensee shall permit any person to consume any liquor on his premises except within the hours when the sale of such liquor is permitted, nor shall any consumer or person whomsoever, except the regular employees of the licensee, be permitted to remain in the place of business after one o'clock (1:00) A.M. (Ord., 5-6-1986)
