A. Applicant: No license shall be issued to anyone other than a citizen of the United States, over twenty one (21) years of age, of good moral character and repute, nor to any person who shall be hereafter or herebefore convicted of any felony or gross misdemeanor, or any wilful violation of the law of the United States, State or any city or County ordinance with regard to the manufacture, sale, distribution or possession for sale or distribution of intoxicating liquor nor to any person whose license under the State Liquor Control Act or this regulation shall be revoked for any wilful violation of such Act or regulation.
B. Premises: No license shall be granted for operation on any premises upon which taxes or assessments or other financial claims of the various cities and towns and the County are delinquent and unpaid. (Ord., 5-6-1986)
