8-1-6: JURISDICTION:
The provisions of this Title shall apply to all the area of the County outside the corporate limits of municipalities except as provided under Minnesota Statutes Annotated section 462.358, regulating the subdivision of land by municipalities. (Amd. Ord., 5-25-1993)
