A. Enforcement: These standards and regulations are to be enforced by the County Health Department, Environmental Service Division.
B. Penalty: Any violation of the provisions contained or referred to herein shall be a misdemeanor, punishable as set forth in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each twenty four (24) hour period that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord., 1-27-1998)
