6-1-6: NONCONFORMING OR SUBSTANDARD SYSTEMS:
A nonconforming or substandard sewage treatment system shall be brought into full compliance with these standards and regulations when such systems are found to be failing as defined in Minnesota Rules chapter 7080, found to be dangerously close to water supplies or an imminent threat to public health or safety.
   A.   A failing system must be brought into, full compliance with existing codes and ordinances within ten (10) months of the date that the certification report is issued.
   B.   A system that is found to meet the definition of an imminent threat to public health or safety, the system must be brought into full compliance within thirty (30) days.
Environmental personnel will give consideration to weather conditions as compliance dates are established. (Ord., 1-27-1998)
