6-1-3: JURISDICTION:
These standards shall apply to all areas of the County that have not adopted an on-site sewer disposal ordinance that comply with Minnesota Statutes Annotated section 115.55, and are at least as strict as this Chapter. (Ord., 1-27-1998)
