5-1-5: NOTICE TO ABATE:
The Clay County Health Administrator, or any member of the Board of Health, Codes Administrator, or Sheriff shall give notice to any person maintaining a nuisance to abate such nuisance forthwith or within a designated time. (Ord. 3, 12-12-1972; amd. 2000 Code)
