3-3-3: LICENSE REQUIRED; COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER:

No person shall operate a coin operated amusement device in the city without first having obtained the license therefor, as provided in this chapter, and without having first complied with any and all applicable provisions of this chapter. (1996 Code § 5.12.020)
