3-2-1: STATUTES ADOPTED; CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:
   A.   City Policy: The policy of the city is that city ordinances pertaining to the regulation of alcoholic liquor and controlled substances shall be in conformance with Oregon statutes in effect as to these matters, and as such, any provision contained in a city ordinance shall apply in the same manner that the law is applied by the state including all definitions and amendments.
   B.   Statute Prevails: If an ordinance or provision thereof, of the city, is in conflict with Oregon Revised Statutes chapter 471 or chapter 475, the state statute shall prevail.
   C.   Compliance With Statute Required: No person shall engage in any activity violating Oregon Revised Statutes chapter 471 or chapter 475. (1996 Code § 5.08.010)
