1-1-4: APPLICATION TO AMENDMENTS:
Whenever a reference is made to this code as the "Clatskanie municipal code" or to any portion thereof, or to any ordinance of the city, the reference shall apply to all amendments, corrections and additions made before, as of or after the effective date hereof. (1996 Code § 1.01.050)
