2-3-6: DUTIES:
In addition to such other duties as may be prescribed by the city council, the committee shall:
   A.   Develop a plan for the community to improve recreational and cultural opportunities in the city.
   B.   Prepare a report to the city council with recommendations.
   C.   Make continuing recommendations to the city council regarding the implementation of any plan which may be adopted by the city council. (Res. 95-10, 5-3-1995)
