2-3-2: TERM OF OFFICE:
Members shall be appointed by the city council for terms of two (2) years from the first calendar day of the year. Initial appointments shall be two (2) positions for one year and three (3) positions for two (2) years. (Res. 95-10, 5-3-1995)
