2-3-1: COMMITTEE ESTABLISHED; MEMBERSHIP 1 :
   A.   Established: There is hereby established a recreation advisory committee, "the committee".
   B.   Membership; Qualifications:
      1.   The committee shall consist of five (5) members. The city manager shall be entitled to sit with the committee and take part in its discussions but shall not have the right to vote.
      2.   All members must be residents of the city. (Res. 95-10, 5-3-1995)
