1-11-4: PERMITS FOR INTERMENT, REMOVAL OR TRANSFER:

A. Compliance With State Statutes, Regulations: The interment, removal and transfer of bodies shall be governed by the applicable statutes and regulations of the state. The city manager shall periodically review cemetery records to assure accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations. (1996 Code § 2.20.050)

B. Disinterment: Any disinterment may require approval from the state of Oregon and survivor(s). (Ord. 644, 3-1-2006)
