1-11-1: RULES AND REGULATIONS; COUNCIL AUTHORITY:
The city council shall adopt rules and regulations for the use, control, operation and management of the city cemeteries. The rules and regulations may be revised and amended as needed by resolution of the city council, to the extent not inconsistent with this chapter. (1996 Code § 2.20.010)
