8-3-5: VOLUNTARY DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE; FEE:
In order for a customer to discontinue the use of service supplied to the premises for any reason, an administrative fee may be required and arrangements must be made with the city. The city manager shall have the discretion to waive the administrative fee. (Ord. 611, 2-20-2002)
