A. Refunds may be given by the city manager upon finding that there was a clerical error in the calculation of the system development charge.
B. Refunds shall not be allowed for failure to timely claim credit or for failure to timely seek an alternative system development charge calculation at the time of submission of a development application.
C. The city shall refund to the applicant any system development charge credit not expended within ten (10) years of receipt. (Ord. 629, 2-4-2004)
