8-2-6: COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND LOCAL LAWS:

A. Disposition Of Funds: Revenues received from systems development charges shall be deposited to the appropriate fund and be budgeted and expended as provided by state law.

B. City Approval Of Plan: The plan for expending system development charge revenues shall be a capital improvement plan or any other qualified capital improvement as approved by the city council. (Ord. 629, 2-4-2004)
