7-5-6: HOUSE NUMBERING:
   A.   Generally:
      1.   Uniform System: A uniform system of numbering shall be furnished by the city.
         a.   The numbers shall be one hundred (100) numbers to the block and all numbers placed on the north and east sides of the streets shall be of even numbers, and all numbers on the west and south sides of the streets shall be of odd numbers.
         b.   The numbering of buildings on all named streets shall begin at First Street with one hundred (100) and run south, and all numbering of all numbered streets shall begin with one hundred (100) at Conyers Creek and run west.
      2.   Cost; Supervision: The cost of numbering the buildings shall be borne by the owners or occupants of the buildings under the supervision of the city council. (1996 Code § 12.12.070; amd. 2004 Code)
   B.   Height Of Numbers: The minimum height of house numbers on residences and business establishments in the city shall be four inches (4"). (1996 Code § 12.12.080)
