All streets within the city designated by the map shall be marked. Street names or markers shall be erected or placed at corner locations at the intersections of all streets. The markers shall be of uniform length, breadth and letters that will take names or numbers of the streets with the abbreviation of "St." for streets. The cost of all markers of the streets shall be borne by the city and shall be paid out of the general street fund. (1996 Code § 12.12.060; amd. 2004 Code)
