A. Procedure: Vacation of any street, avenue, boulevard, alley, plat, public square or other public place shall be in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes 271.080 through 271.230.
B. Fee: A right of way vacation application fee shall be paid upon the filing of the petition for vacation. Such fee, which shall be sufficient to cover the cost of publication, posting, and other anticipated expenses, shall be established by resolution of the city council. (Ord. 583, 10-2-1996)
