6-3-10: GOVERNMENT AND UTILITY VEHICLES EXEMPTED:
The provisions of this chapter regulating the parking or standing of vehicles shall not apply to a vehicle of the city, county or state, or public utility while necessarily in use for construction or repair work on a street, or a vehicle owned by the United States while in use for the collection, transportation or delivery of mail. (1996 Code § 10.04.290)
