6-3-5: STORAGE OF VEHICLES ON STREETS:
No person shall store or permit to be stored on a street or other public property, without permission of the council, a motor vehicle or personal property for a period in excess of twenty four (24) hours. It shall constitute prima facie evidence of storage of a motor vehicle if it is not moved for a period of twenty four (24) hours. (1996 Code § 10.04.210)
