1-4-1: PENALTY FOR CODE VIOLATIONS:
Unless otherwise stated in this code, any violation of any ordinance of this code shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day's violation of any provision of this code constitutes a separate offense. (2004 Code)
