4-1-12: PENALTY:
Any person violating this chapter, unless otherwise stated, shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor, and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 01-03, 12-11-2001; amd. 2003 Code)
