3-1-8: VIOLATIONS; COMPLAINT:
An authorized representative of the Town may request the Town Attorney to file a complaint with the County Sheriff's Office against any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 98-01, 2-6-1998; amd. Ord. 18-01, 2-20-2018)
