3-1-2: PURPOSE:

This chapter is designed and enacted for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity and welfare of the present and future inhabitants of the Town. (Ord. 98-01, 2-6-1998; amd. Ord. 18-01, 2-20-2018)
