The subdivider shall submit a digital version of the proposed subdivision concept plan to the planning department and schedule to meet with the planning commission. The proposed concept plan shall include the following items:
A. The proposed name of the subdivision;
B. Approximate acreage of subdivision
C. Map of proposed subdivision, with property boundaries.
D. Zoning for subdivision
E. The names of adjacent property owners;
F. Existing and proposed street layout;
G. Location and size of water sewer and storm water utilities;
H. Proposed lot layout including typical lot size;
I. North arrow;
J. Minimum scale one-inch equals one hundred feet (1" = 100'). (Ord. 22-06, 8-16-2022)
